Faceless, formless, flowing across the night and the dreams of the world. He is the wind of the stars, the breath of the cosmos, the voice of the universe. Dreamer; Watcher; Seer. The voice of the universe and the painter of prophecy.
Nimwind is the most enigmatic of all the deities. No one knows his true form, for he exists in the liminal spaces between reality and dream, between the waking world and the realm of sleep. He will sometimes appear in dreams under many guises if he deems a personal visit is required, taking on the form of a wise old sage, a mysterious stranger, or even the dreamer’s own reflection, each manifestation a different facet of his infinite esotericism.
Nimwind’s constellations are that of Onus (late night) and Neth (after midnight), and under his eyes the presence of the Dreamwalker is strongest. These celestial hours mark the time when the veil between the material world and the realm of dreams grows thin, when mortals are most receptive to divine influences and prophetic visions. His symbol, a silver circlet with three stars on the outer curve forming a triangle, represents the eternal connection between the heavens, the earth, and the realm of dreams.
