Vonryl Kethalon manifests primarily as a howling wind that cuts through the frozen air like a blade of ice, but when physically manifesting as a being she chooses to show herself as a slender humanoid figure with elfish features, always shrouded in a tattered cloak that whips within a swirling snowstorm. Her form is ethereal and ever-shifting, like the wind itself, dancing between the realms of flesh and spirit, and her presence brings with it the weight of eternal winter and the cold certainty that the frozen wastes will claim all who dare to challenge her domain.
Her presence brings with it the weight of eternal winter and the cold certainty that the frozen wastes will claim all who dare to challenge her domain.
Before the mythic ages even began, Vonryl Kethalon still had compassion. But eons of war and wastage made her bitter and cold. She was banished to Tundrum Arctis by the other gods to tame her fury, but it only made her resentment grow as her body absorbed the cold of her prison. Once returned from her exile, she saw the plea of the Elves, also banished by their peers, and she took pity on them, becoming their patron.
