Yetifolk
In the foarthest reaches of the world one often finds the most unique of species. Such is the case with the Yaché, Yetifolk. Often mistaken for polar bears they roam the mountain ranges of northern Kalbaek.
Yetifolk
Yetifolk are tall, ape-like, humanoids. Naturally strong and able survivalists. Their bodies are covered in a thick fur that dynamically change to take on the colors of their surroundings. A white-furred Yetifolk from an arctic region will slowly turn brown or green if they spend time in more temerate or verdant regions.
Customs
Section titled “Customs”Grooming is a large part of Yetifolk culture, and their fur is often delicately adorned with baubles, pins and hair ties. It is a rarity to see a Yetifolk that is not combed and clean.
Yetifolk are philosophical by nature and all strive for self-actualisation and seeking the truths and virtues of the cosmos. Theur societies are structured into an hierarchy that supports learning and debate, with the elders guiding their young through encouragement and exploration instead of predefined rules and traditions.
Yetifolk tend to stay isolated within their own communities, as their philosophy tends to clash many of the other races. However, where they do interact with others they are friendly yet cautios by default.
